  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s status. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • Processing & Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 6-12 business days. This delivery timeframe applies to all destinations globally, and we do not offer expedited/express shipping services at this time.
  • Missing or Delayed Deliveries: If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist in locating your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or reship the order (at your discretion).
  • International Orders: You are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and are paid directly to the courier upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
